Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class for 4-5 year olds is a fun and exciting introduction to martial arts! Through playful games and simple movements, young students learn the basics of Jiu Jitsu, such as balance, coordination, and teamwork. In a safe and supportive environment, children develop confidence and discipline while learning how to use their bodies in new ways.
